LLC., is also covered under this privacy policy, and all terms and conditions associated with this site, in writing and on the web. DarkSun Studio is also known as DarkSun, DarkSun Design, DarkSun Design Studio, DarkSun Domains, DarkSun Reseller, DarkSun Web, and DSDS. By using DarkSun Studio, you agree that we may collect your information, the information that you supply to us. If we make any changes to this privacy policy, those changes will appear on the homepage of this site. We understand how much trust you have put in us, and we care about protecting the information we receive from you. What You Can Expect

We will never rent, sell, share, or trade your personal information with any company, person, or entity, for non-profit, for profit, or any reason. We will give you a choice whether or not to receive messages from us, and how we send those messages. If you wish, your account record can be completely scrubbed from our database – so you’re in control of your account and it’s retention with us. If you click on a link to an affiliate site, or advertisement, they may or may not have a privacy policy in place, and while we do our best to monitor ads, we cannot guarantee the privacy policy of any other company but our own.

We will never mistreat your information

We hate Spam! We don’t engage in the practice, and turn spammers in if we catch them. You will never get spammed by us, and the one newsletter I’ll get around to writing to and sending to you all will be sent tastefully to inform you of relevant news, and a sale or two – it will by no means be considered frequent, and you can opt out of these. When you make a purchase, you will receive your invoice in the mail, and if you make account changes you’ll be notified. We will never reveal your personal information in any form, to anyone without your express request, desire, or willingness to do so. If you ask us to get you in touch with a company that provides a service we don’t offer – we’ll do that – without your knowledge and desire? Never. If we are ordered by law or court order to turn over records and our laywers believe there is just cause? We have to comply with the law. If we believe there is unjust cause, or if an order is unlawful, we have the right to challenge that order, and ask for a case to be heard on the matter. In other words, we won't roll over for anybody. Other than those two instances – where you ask us to, or a judge asks us to – we will never sell your information, rent, share, or divulge what you have trusted us with to anyone.

Account Control & Access

You are in control of your account and you can delete your account whenever you wish. You may update or modify the information in your account.
We rarely need to, but might need to access your account in order to: Fulfill your request, for reasons like trouble-shooting, or faulty information showing. A lawful and just order requires us to do so. Site maintenance may require us to access that area of the site.
