EX: “I need 5000 wedding invitations with the same colors/images/design.”
When you’re ordering multiply quantities, all with the same design, use the drop down menu and select the QTY of that item, and you’ll see the price update automatically. Select any optional items from their drop down menus, and press add to basket.
EX: “I need 100 business cards. I’d like 500 with my name and 500 with my partner’s name.” Or “I’m ordering announcements for two occasions, one for a wedding, and one for a Holiday party.”
When you’re ordering multiple items, and there is any change at all in the design or layout, it requires another run – even if you’ve only changed a word or a color – so you’ll need to enter your quantity (how many different designs) in the box next to the word “Quantity”, and then select how many of that item (ex. 500, 1000, etc.) from the drop down menu headed “QTY”.
Use the “Select Your Image” button, which will link right to your computer and find the file that contains your artwork, image, design that you want used in the project. If we are designing your project for you, you may upload any size, format, or resolution art file. Images (e.g. photographs), however, need to be high resolution. Please make sure your image is in one of the following file formats [upper or lower case]:
.ai, .psd, .design, .png, .tiff, .dwt, .jpg/jpeg, .gif, .pdf, svg, .eps, .AutoCAD, .dcs, .bmp
- and almost every other file type – just make sure your resolution is at least 300 dpi, which will ensure a beautiful clear image for your project.
When you send the file, it will be rather large and may take time to upload – one way to do this is to open a separate browser window and use it to upload your large file so you may continue to use the internet. If you would like and your file is under 4 MB, you may email us the file at support@darksunstudio.com. Be sure to label your file with your last name, and underscore and a 1. It will look like this:
davis_01 [I use my last name as an example, replace with your own]
Make sure if you are selecting multiple files that you order the right “Quantity” of items, and then tell us how many of that particular item you would like with the “QTY” drop down menu.
